GT Urological received notice from the National Institutes of Health - National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIH-NIDDK) that it has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II Grant. This grant will allow GTU to initiate clinical testing of one of its implantable artificial urinary sphincter concepts. GT Urological has been the recipient of four NIH SBIR Phase I Grants.
